Strive to reach at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Remember that it doesn't have to be done all at one time. While you are doing your class work you and your family may need a brain break, try a GoNoodle!!! Count that time towards your goal. When you go outside for "recess" to ride your bike or play basketball, remember to use that time too!
I think you'll be surprised at how easily you can reach 60 minutes!!! At the end of the week, don't forget to fill out the Move. Play. Smile. Repeat. form and let me know how you did!
I miss you and can't wait to hear from you!

* Work on doing the Plank. Each day challenge yourself to hold the plank for 5-10 more seconds. To make it more fun, invite a sibling or parent to join you! Remember to always encourage one another! Watch this video to help you with your form.
* Here is a fun game to play called "Unlock My Phone".
Parents- Each week I will have ideas for your student(s). The CDC recommends at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Use these activities as a fun way to keep your kids moving and as a nice break from their regular classwork! I'd love to see their progress.
